Fees
Therapy fees are paid 48 hours in advance by bank transfer to secure your session.
This helps ensure the space is held for you and allows me to offer consistent, reliable availability.
I offer standard rates for individual and couples therapy, and a small number of concessionary‑rate sessions for clients who may need reduced fees. These are limited and you’re welcome to enquire about current availability.

Availability
I offer therapy sessions on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings, providing flexibility for clients who may need support outside typical working hours.
Sessions are available online, by telephone and in-person in Hove, in either English or Portuguese.
